TRAVEL SALES CONSULTANT
£22K PLUS EXCELLENT OTE
A highly successful travel company are looking for a Travel Sales Consultant who is sales driven, customer service motivated and passionate about travel. As a Travel Sales Consultant you will reply to phone holiday enquiries, building rapport with the customer, identifying options and tailoring travel packages suitable for the customers’ enquiries, cross-selling where necessary. You will use your sales skills to maximise the sales of all travel extras and you’ll provide excellent customer service throughout the process to guarantee repeat and referral business.

What experience do I need?
*Passionate about travel and well-travelled to worldwide destinations
* Literate and numerate with a high level of attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
* Previous experience working in a travel sales role is preferred however not essential
* Proven sales and customer service experience
* Proven record of exceeding sales targets, ideally in a call centre environment
*Self-motivated with a positive, enthusiastic manner
