RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT FOR OVERSEAS ACTIVITY HOLIDAYS
UP TO £22,000
This is an excellent opportunity if you have previous experience working overseas in a seasonal role as you’ll be working at the UK Head Office of a well-established tour operator and be heavily involved in recruiting their seasonal staff working overseas. This will involve assisting in planning and executing seasonal overseas recruitment campaigns, advertising and attracting candidates through the use of social media platforms, screening and processing applications as well as running assessment centres including delivering presentations and conducting one to one interviews. There will be aspects of administration involved such as checking candidate eligibility documentation, ensuring all legal paperwork has been submitted successfully and completing onboarding paperwork efficiently and issuing contracts to successful candidates.
A well established and respected tour operator, specialising in activity holidays, who are offering someone with relevant seasonal overseas travel industry experience the opportunity to move into a recruitment, and eventually, HR-related, role.
WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Keen interest in sports/activity holidays would be desirable
*Seasonal overseas experience gained with a tour operator would be highly advantageous
*Excellent telephone manner
*Literate and numerate with excellent attention to detail
*Team player, able to work in a busy and demanding environment & work to a high standard
*You must have strong presentations skills and be confident to present to groups of up to 20 people
*Written and verbal communication skills
*Adaptable and flexible attitude with an approachable, enthusiastic manner able to engage and build rapport with people easily
*Conversational language skills in either French or German would be advantageous
