Our client, a leading Travel Management Company are seeking an experienced Online Support expert to join their thriving London based team.
Working as part of a dedicated technical support team, you will provide crucial 1st Line Support to clients, across various channels including their bespoke portal, on-line booking tool, mobile application and internal systems. Using your expertise, you’ll provide superb customer service to seamlessly handle enquiries, resolve queries and escalated, log and review problems to analyse trends and improve systems.
*Proven travel industry experience, working with and supporting booking tools
*Inquisitive mind with the ability to methodically solve problems
*Excellent communication skills
*Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
*Knowledge of Sabre GDS
*Proficient in MS Office suite
