HEAD OF SALES & CUSTOMER RELATIONS

In this exciting leadership role, you’ll be second in command to the director and will be responsible for the Sales and Customer Relations teams. Using your motivational people management skills, you’ll set the strategy for achieving the company’s vision and objectives, directly leading new business initiatives, managing client retention and ensuring the delivery of first-class customer service. This is a high-impactful role, where you’ll work across the business to improve processes, achieve revenue targets, analyse performance, set strategy and proactively recommend new and innovative ways to drive the business forward.

My client is a Corporate Travel and Marine specialist, with an interesting and diverse portfolio of customers. Offering a tailor-made, personal service, their knowledgeable and dedicated team strive to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Proven travel management/corporate travel experience in a sales management / senior leadership role is mandatory for this position
*Prior track record of success in sales/business development
*Commercially astute with demonstrable strategic capabilities
*Hands-on leadership skills with a motivational and charismatic management style and the ability to motivate sales teams, identify training needs and manage performance
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Prior marine/offshore experience would be advantageous
