HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Are you an experienced and passionate operations manager, with a proven track record of success within a travel management company? If so, this could be the rewarding opportunity you’ve been looking for. In this exciting senior management role, you’ll be responsible for the success of the operations function, using your leadership and travel management experience to motivate and grow your team of business travel consultants and team managers. You will strive to achieve the company’s objectives by setting the commercial strategy, implementing new business initiatives, managing client retention and ensuring delivery of first-class customer service. This is a highly impactful role, where you’ll work across the business to improve processes, achieve revenue and proactively recommend new and innovative ways to drive the business forward.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Proven travel management/corporate travel experience in a senior operations management position
*Commercially astute with demonstrable strategic capabilities
*Hands-on leadership skills with a motivational and charismatic management style and the ability to motivate teams, identify training needs and manage performance
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Prior marine/offshore experience would be advantageous
