This is an outstanding and unique relocation opportunity for a highly experienced travel industry leader. In this fabulous GM role, you’ll be based in South-East Asia and will oversee the entire business operation for the destination. Responsible for a large team (c100 staff members) spread over multiple departments, you will have overall responsibility for the productivity, profitability and professional standards of your region. You will be an influential decision-maker, with outstanding relationship-building skills, a dynamic personality and the ability to maximise your team’s potential.
This is a truly amazing opportunity for an experienced senior manager to relocate to South-East Asia and lead their own business unit.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*At least 10 years’ experience in managing a large team within a travel company
*Prior P&L ownership
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Visionary leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain strong business
*Demonstrable commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills and diplomacy
*Working knowledge of travel systems/software/databases
*Fluent in English. Additional language skills, specifically French would be
*The ability to relocate to South-East Asia
