CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
TOUR OPERATOR, ELLESMERE PORT
My client to looking to expand its customer service team within a busy department at its Ellesmere Port office.
Day to Day duties include:
Creating and distributing documentation
Updating bookings using the in-house and industry systems
Liaising with internal departments and third parties to ensure the clients experience runs efficiently and smoothly
Working to tight deadlines
If you have a passion for the travel industry, can demonstrate a can-do attitude whilst delivering excellent customer service, this could be the job for you. Ideally, the candidate will have experience within the travel & tourism industry
