CUSTOMER CARE AND OFFICE MANAGER
ONLINE TRAVEL AGENT
EALING, £30,000 – £35,000
As the Customer Care and Office Manager, your responsibilities will include providing superb customer service to clients, day to day running of the office and all administration tasks. You will ensure that the customer care teams are adhering to policies and procedures, whilst being a point of contact for the team to escalate any queries that may arise.
The Customer Care and Office Manager will also be working closely with the Managing Director on all ADHOC projects and administration.
You will come with a strong understanding of consumer law within Travel and Tourism. Travel experience is ESSENTIAL.
Our client is an expanding a growing Online Travel Agent based in Ealing.

* Exceptional customer service skills
* Knowledge of consumer laws relating to travel
* Strong administration skills and the ability to multitask
WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
In return, you will receive a competitive basic salary of between £30,000 – £35,000.
