What experience do I need?
* Excellent Apollo GDS experience – including ticketing and reissuing
* Excellent knowledge of fares including contracted and negotiated fares
* Great customer service skills
* Positive and proactive
* Good time management and organisational skills
* Able to keep calm under pressure
* Strong Microsoft office skills
* Experience working with entertainment, VIP or group bookings an advantage
