CLIENT IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT MANAGER
In this Langley-based technology solutions-focused travel job, you’ll be charged with the implementation of new client onboarding, setting up on and offline technology, and the efficient delivery of projects and client demonstrations which support account and sales management teams, all the time maximising the efficiencies of client processes.
Providing 2nd and 3rd level support, the client implementation project manager will hold responsibility for reporting issues to Concur and other partners, ensuring the successful rollout of development projects, whilst at the same time being the main point of contact throughout the implementation cycle.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years’ exposure within a TMC, either in technical or client facing roles. As such, you’ll have an in-depth knowledge of TMC processes, having gained a hand-on understand of all aspects of travel reservations, travel systems and customer experience. You’ll have a strong awareness of the commercial side of travel technology costs, too.
From a tech point of view, you’ll be Concur Travel Certified, have great insight into Concur integrations with third party suppliers, and have a strong knowledge of both GDS, UK rail reservations systems, TripCase and TripIt.
Personally, you’ll have exceptional presentation skills, be innovative, motivated, and have a strong work and team mindset.
