ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – HOTELS / HOSPITALITY

This is a superb opportunity for an energetic and dynamic sales director to join a global e-commerce business within its Los Angeles office.
In this fast-paced, directorship role, you’ll be central to the development of your team, securing global distribution agreements, driving continuous improvements and collaborating across the business, building strong business relationships with internal and external partners to achieve objectives.
As associate director of the market management team, you’ll use your high levels of emotional intelligence, exceptional analytical, numerical and commercial skills combined with your expert negotiation skills gained within a global online/e-commerce business to ensure that a high number of agreements are converted. In addition, you will use your outstanding people management skills to motivate and mentor your market management team.
Leading by example, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful account management of key accommodation partners to exceed KPIs and revenue targets, driving the business forward.
We’re looking for:
*Experience within a global online/e-commerce business with global source markets
*Strong leadership skills with proven management experience
*Proven track record of success achieved from excellent commercial and negotiation skills
*High levels of emotional intelligence with exceptional numerical and analytical skills
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to forge strong business
*Ability to spend c25% of your time travelling throughout California
